Shipping Time & Delivery

Every order is picked, packed, and shipped by the two co-founders themselves. We ship Monday-Saturday.

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to ship and get tracking numbers emailed.

Quick heads up. The tracking number email means your order has shipped, not that it's been delivered.

If order changes need to be made, please make them ASAP by emailing hello@collectiveclo.com with your order # in the subject line.

If your order doesn't ship in 10 business days, there may be a problem with your shipping address. Please check your spam folder as we'll reach out if our system flags your address. If you don't see anything, email us ASAP at hello@collectiveclo.com

Domestic Shipping (USA)

FREE expedited shipping on all U.S. orders. No minimum. No code needed.

International Shipping

Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 7-14 days for delivery on all international orders. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Exact rate depends on order weight and destination. Does not include duties and taxes due upon delivery.

My country isn't listed. What do I do?

If your country is not listed, we don't currently ship there. Send us an email at hello@collectiveclo.com to let us know. We'll try to make it happen.
